Certified SMSCP Program Line
Siemens Mechatronic Systems Certification Program (SMSCP) is an international initiative designed to verify skills in the field of industrial mechatronic systems. The program is based on cooperation with universities and schools around the world. The emphasis is put on acquiring practical skills and learning about modern mechatronic systems which are essential in work of every engineer.

INQUIRY
This complex line enables modeling of industrial automation equipment on various levels of complexity. It is a modular system that can be used as a set of independent stations, which, in the end, are combined into one technological line.
The concept uses RFID tags to store information about the product itself and enables communication between stations, which is one of the important elements of Industry 4.0 solutions. Each station performs one or more tasks.
The line consists of the following stations:
Station | Description of the teaching position | Required up to the SMSCP level |
DFS01 | Storage and transport station (lower element) | 1,2,3 |
DFS02 | Storage and assembly station (top element) | 1,2,3 |
DFS03 | Bolt assembly station | 1,2,3 |
DFS04 | Quality measurements station | 2,3 |
DFS05 | Drilling and inspection station | 1,2,3 |
DFS06 | Highbay warehouse | 1,2,3 |
DFS07 | Dissasembly station with collaborative robot | 3 |
DFS08 | Control and management station (SCADA) | 1,2,3 |
