Unitree R1 Humanoid
The Unitree R1 robot is a lightweight, versatile, and cost-effective humanoid designed for research, education, and prototyping. It stands about 121 cm tall and weighs around 25 kg. With 24 to 40 degrees of freedom, it can handle a variety of movement scenarios: running, rolling, handstands, and dynamic motor sequences.
It features a multimodal AI system, including speech and visual recognition, enabling interaction with both users and the environment. The R1 offers open control interfaces for joints and sensors, as well as integration with popular simulation platforms, making it easy to transfer algorithms from simulation to real-world applications.
